Gregory D. Torres was born in Oakland, California and has resided in Eagle Pass, Texas for over 40 years. Mr.Torres graduated from the Eagle Pass High School in 1980 and the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1990.

Mr. Torres attended and graduated from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 1994 and returned to practice law in Eagle Pass, Texas. Mr. Torres has been a solo practitioner since 1996.
